From registration to delivery, here's how our online pharmacy service works — safe, simple, and clinically led at every step.
📝 Create Your Account
Register securely on our website with your full name, date of birth, address, contact details, GP information, medical history, current medications, allergies, and any relevant lifestyle information. This ensures we can provide safe, personalised care.
🔍 Select Your Service
Choose the service or medicine you need. For prescription medicines, you'll be guided into our clinical consultation pathway. For over-the-counter medicines, you'll complete an online clinical questionnaire reviewed by our pharmacist.
🩺 Clinical Consultation
For prescription services, complete a structured, condition-specific questionnaire. Our prescriber reviews your responses, may send follow-up questions via secure messaging, and if clinically appropriate, issues a prescription. If needed, a telephone or video consultation will be arranged.
✅ Prescription Check
Once a prescription is received — either via our consultation platform or uploaded by you — the responsible pharmacist performs a full clinical and legal check. This includes verifying the prescriber's registration, the legality of the prescription, and that the medicine is clinically appropriate for you.
💊 Dispensing
Your prescription is dispensed by a trained dispenser, accurately labelled, and clinically checked by a pharmacist before packaging. Each prescription is kept in an individual basket throughout the process to prevent any mix-ups.
📦 Packaging & Dispatch
Your medicine is securely packaged, with cold-chain packaging used where required. A patient information leaflet and safety-netting information are included. Delivery is arranged via tracked courier, with signed-for delivery required for controlled drugs and high-risk medicines.
📲 Dispatch Notification
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information by email or SMS. Our pharmacy contact details are included in all communications and on the packaging, so you can reach us at any time with questions about your medicines.
🔄 Follow-Up Care
For weight management and other ongoing services, a follow-up consultation is scheduled at the appropriate clinical interval. Your GP is notified following the first supply and thereafter as clinically indicated, ensuring joined-up care.
